It is an EXCELLENT and amazing property located in Downtown Lincoln district near downtown Lincoln and campus as well as Memorial Stadium for graduation. Location is marvellous and fantastic, cheap in yes on football. It has both courteous and pleasant staff.

Updated, big rooms provided with full size fridge and a bathroom, as example. Costs US$ 75. Marvellous location to a white tower. The staff - incredibly nice and accommodating.

Possibly the best and decent stay of 3 nights. Wonderful marvellous location, within walking distance of the downtown area. Based very close to the stadium and downtown and downtown Lincoln and UNL and different restaurants.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the room. It had a full kitchen and a convenient layout with the bathroom in between the two beds. The price was reasonable and provided plenty of space for our four-day stay. Despite some noisy neighbors, overall I would come back to Townhouse Extended Stay Hotel Downtown.

For the price I paid, the room at the hotel was a great deal - clean and in a good location for my activities in town. The staff was friendly and the kitchenette in the room was very convenient.
The breakfast menu could use some improvement - maybe offering a better selection of tea options.
